Zammer Luncheon Series - Fall 2022

Hospitality and Culinary Arts at 4Cs proudly presents the Fall 2022 Luncheon Series in the Zammer Dining Hall (1st floor, Grossman Commons building).

All lunches take place at Noon and are just $15.00 per person.

Tuesday, November 22nd  

Arugula Salad  - Crumbled Gorgonzola, Shaved Fennel, Dried Cranberries, and Lemon Vinaigrette 
Chicken Marsala - Served with Rice Pilaf and Roasted Green Beans tossed in a garlic butter topped with Romano cheese 
Vanilla Mousse - Served with Fresh Strawberries and BlueberriesGraham Cracker Crumble 

 

Tuesday November 29th  

Apple-Butternut Squash Bisque - Topped with Whipped Cream and Croutons  
Roasted Pork Loin - Stuffed with Spinach and Roasted Tomato Pesto, fresh Herbs, Fingerling Potatoes, Roasted Asparagus and topped with an Maple- Cider Jus 
Pumpkin Crème Brulee

Oysters Rockefeller -Wellfleet Tidal Farms Oysters, A Classic!  
Reverse Seared Filet Mignon  Served on top of a Roasted Brussel Sprout and Butternut Squash Medley, Fingerling Potatoes, Balsamic Reduction
